    A model is a set of competencies and behaviours which we should have in order for the organization to function effectively and achieve its business goals. The competency model also allows for the development of employees' skills and competences.
  • Annual Assessment
    A key process related to people management, which is based on the dialogue between the employee and the supervisor.
  • Development and training policy
    The Development and Training Model is intended to develop the qualifications and competences of our employees. We identify training and development needs in two ways - during summative annual assessments and during the year, when new tasks and projects requiring additional competences appear. We gain knowledge and new skills by participating in both external and internal trainings.
