Recruitment Process

Instersnack Sp. z o.o. recruitment process is divided into steps:

Step I

Application letter and CV are required. Please write a reference number and send both documents to the address given in the job offer.  If the job offer does not meet your requirements send us your application to and let us know in which department you would like to work. You can also fill our application form (link) on our webside. We will consider your application if a vacancy meeting your skills and expectations appears.

Step II

Our HR department analyzes all application documents. If your skills match the job description you will be invited to an interview.

Step III

Interviews are conducted in 2 stages. The first one is a meeting with a HR representative and the second one with the immediate superior or, if the latter has already met you, with the 2nd grade manager. During the interview we will talk about your skills, gained experience and professional plans. We will also check your professional knowledge and, if necessary, your command of foreign languages. We will also present to you our company, its organizational culture, responsibilities and our expectations.

Step IV

In the last step we Take decision which applicant will be chosen. If it is you we will meet once more and agree upon employment  terms and conditions.
