We pay a lot of attention to skills development of our employees. We identify training and development needs in two ways. On the one hand we identify them during yearly assessments and on the other we do it ad hoc when such a need arises in view of new tasks and projects where some extra skills are necessary. We acquire our knowledge and skills while attending internal and external trainings.
In 2001 we completed a major training project called “New building base for Intersnack Sp. z o.o. competitive advantage”. The project was co-financed by EFS within the 2.1.1 Human Resources – Operational Program. The project objective was development of general business skills (teamwork, time management, communication, time management), optimalization of organization procedures, skills and lean management. All our employees attended the training.
